We are sad to announce that, on February 15, 2023, at the age of 77, Brenda Denton of Muskogee, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Glease Weatherford and Genevieve Weatherford (Peeler); her husband George Denton; her brother Mike Weatherford; her great grandchild Sophia Bass; and the father of her children Jim Bass.
She is survived by: her children, Dawn Bryant of Muskogee, OK, Jason Bass (Traci) of Muskogee, OK and Gena Bass of Muskogee, OK; her sisters, Joyce Davis of Polkville, NC and Diane Toney (Jerry) of Mooresboro, NC; her grandchildren, Ashley Stewart (Joshua), Seth Bryant of Moore, OK, Shawn Bass of Tulsa, OK and Kaden Bass (Cassy Huff) of Tulsa, OK; her great grandchildren, Brandon Nicholson, Gauge, Grace, Tabor, Evie and Charley Stewart; and her close friends, Arlene Whitaker of Fort Gibson, OK, Jacque Griffin of Muskogee, OK and Andrea Flake of Tulsa, OK. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
