She was predeceased by: her parents, George Mackey and Mittie Mackey; her son Jimmie Godfrey Jr.; her daughter-in-law Alice Godfrey; and her brother George Mackey III.
She is survived by: her husband Jimmie Godfrey Sr. of Keefeton, Oklahoma; and her sons, Anthony Godfrey of Keefeton, Phillip Godfrey of Muskogee and William Godfrey of Keefeton. She is also survived by many brothers, sisters, grandsons, extended family members, and friends.
