He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thomas Riggs, Sr. (JT) and Clifteen Ridgeway; and his siblings, Mildred Risby, Marilyn Ridgeway, John Henry "Spider" Johnson, John Thomas Riggs, Jr., Larry Ridgeway, Roy Gene Riggs and James Ridgeway.
He is survived by: his children, Fred Hall, Lanina Nolan, Calvin Riggs, Jr., Cedric Rippetoe and Makia Louie; his siblings, Carloyn Sheppard, Kenneth Glenn Riggs, Carlette Riggs, Nadine Scoggins and Allen Fields; his grandchildren, Zane, Laveah, Yolanda, Cali, Jaydin, Keaton and Zuriah; and his great grandchild Nadya. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Hart Funeral Home (1506 N Grand Ave, Tahlequah, OK 74464).
