He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles A. Farley Sr. and Ernestine Farley (Price); his wife Terry Ann Rigney; his children, Kelcie Jones (Jake), Kristen Harris (Ryan) and Shane Farley (Kristie); his sister Jane Swan; his grandchildren, Graham Harris, Dylan Farley, Kelsie Ragsdale (Dalton) and Kadee Farley; and his great grandchildren, Kambree and McCoy. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
