He was predeceased by: his parents, John Randolph and Nancy Jane Randolph (Thompson); his wife Margaret "Estelle" Randolph; his siblings, Billy Randolph, Grady Randolph, Helen McGlothlin, Doris Lattimore and Linda Allen; and his son Paul Randolph.
He is survived by: his children, Charlie Randolph Jr. (Deanne) of Muskogee and Susan Randolph; his grandchildren, Charlie Randolph III (Kylie) of Coweta, Austin Jackson of Broken Arrow, OK, Jimmie Harris, Holly Stern (Bill) and Levi Randolph; his great grandchildren, Sean, Ryan, Lucus, Liam, Stella, Kyler Christian, Bethany, Jayden, Rowdy, Cruz, Mia and Charlie Randolph IV; and his siblings, Peggy Folsom of Severy, KS and Larry Randolph of Sallisaw. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
