He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Thomas, and Jewel'Maxine' Thomas, Sr. (Phillips); his wife Pamela Diane Sutton; and his close friend Jack Wofford. He is survived by: his children, Kristin Ellis (Steve) of Muskogee, OK and Rusty Thomas (Whitney) of Muskogee, OK; his stepson Jeremy Shanks of Coweta, OK; his sister Sharen Wallace (Jimmy) of Muskogee, OK; his grandchildren, Beau Thomas of Muskogee, OK, Jason Tomlinson of Fort Gibson, OK, Emery Thomas of Muskogee, OK, Raegan McKee of Muskogee, OK and Elizabeth Arnold of Fort Gibson, OK; his great grandchild Viola Marie Ellis of Warner, OK; and his sibling's children, Eddie Shanks of Owasso, OK, Ryan Hoog of Gore, OK and Monica Hoog-Gage of Coweta, OK. He is also survived by many cousins, extended family and many friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Greenhill Cemetery (1500 N York St, Muskogee, OK 74434).
