He is survived by: his wife Annie Laminack; his daughters, Tammy Cook of Las Vegas and Teresa Kassaw (Aaron) of Fort Gibson, Oklahoma; his brother James Richard Laminack (Sherry) of Greenwood, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Mackenzie Cullen Cook of Las Vegas, Samantha Fugate of Edmond, Carlee Fugate of Stillwater and Addison Kassaw of Fort Gibson, Oklahoma. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
