He is survived by: his daughters, Angel and Arianna (Carla Stokes); his stepdaughters, Kendra and Kimberly; his father Jack Sanstra; his stepmother Lynn Sanstra; and his siblings, Dawn (Nicholas Riggs), Jack (Tiffanni Sanstra), Robert (Tabitha Sanstra), Matthew (Mallory Sanstra) and Mary Ann Sanstra (Robert Eddy) of Tulsa, OK. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
