He is survived by: his wife Susan; his sons, Kanyon Alexander Smart, Sidnei, Blake Darrell Howard and Carson Andrew Smart (Grace); his siblings, Vicki Trent, Shannon Geil (Kathy) and Dave Smart; his nephew Christopher Trent; and his niece Sarai Bensinger.
