He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wilburn Dornan and Patsy June Dornan (Nail); and his wife Darlene Dornan. He is survived by: his children, Kristy Dornan of Broken Arrow, OK and James Dornan (Kylee) of Kingston, OK; his brothers, Rusty Dornan (Anita) of Keefeton, OK and Gary Dornan of Okay, OK; his grandchildren, Jordan, Cheyenne, Gavin, Colton, Logan, Olivia and Ra'Nya; his great grandchildren, Everleigh and Jeremiah; and his nieces, Cheryl, Trisha, Kimberly and Heather. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
