He was predeceased by: his parent Jesse Faye Thompson (Ragland); his sister Wanda Hull; his parent Mull H. Thompson; his brother-in-law Leonard Hull; his sister Barbara Gail Hayes; his brother-in-law Don Burton; and his father-in-law Gene Tickel.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Anne Tickel; his daughter Melonie Underwood of Coweta, OK; his granddaughter Emily Underwood of Coweta, OK; his sister Carolyn Sue Burton of Muskogee, OK; his brother-in-law Willard Hayes of Muskogee, OK; and his sibling's children, Randy Hull of Muskogee, OK, Debbie Massey of Muskogee, OK and Stacey Burge of Muskogee, OK. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
