She was predeceased by: her parents, Clark Allen and Oweta Allen; her husband Jerry Frazier; her daughter Destrie Frazier-Winters; her great grandchild Ja'Lecia Johnson; her sister Myrna Sanders; and her niece Vanessa Glass.

She is survived by: her son Dustin Frazier (Melissa); and her grandchildren, Shelby Carbone (Jordan), Casey Winters (Katie), Jenna Winters (Seth Shiew), Taylor Lewis (Zachary) and Emily Frazier (Chase).

A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Timothy Baptist Church (5530 W Okmulgee St, Muskogee, OK 74401).
