He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dennis Sherman, Sr. and Edna Gillenwater; his children, Spencer Sherman, Audrey Sherman, Scott Goodwin and Steven Goodwin; his brother Stanley Sherman; his nieces and nephews, Danielle Sherman, Tamara Gillenwater, Morgan Spears, Mathyw Gillenwater and Lucas Spears; his grandchildren, Kyliegh Goodwin, Kenzye Goodwin and Kason Goodwin; and his close friend Toni Sherman.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Outdoor Life Community Church (3715 Old East Shawnee Road, Muskogee, OK 74403).
