It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dinah Leslie Merchant of Muskogee, Oklahoma, born in Fort Smith, Arkansas, who passed away on August 21, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Jesus, Jennifer Danford (Robert Danford) of Goose Creek, SC, Jamie Merchant (Gözde Erdeniz) of Chicago, IL and Andrew Merchant of Forest Acres, SC.; and her grandchildren, Elijah, Emily Danford, Isla and Eden Merchant.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Dinah's honor to Christian Life Church, specifying the "Generations Project: Children's Center Renovation.".

“Dinah was a more than just a friend …… we became adventure partners….. I woukd sY let’s take a ride out to the cofee place , and grab a bite at our fav spot and come back to play a game of phase 10…. Phase 10 was our fav game we had tournaments between us on that….. so fun….. she was funny Witty and she loved coming over to see my cats…. Btw did I mention she lived to steps from my front door…… I’m going to miss u love!!!!!”
