He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben "Tuff" Garvin and Elsie Gertrude Garvin; his sister Leola Acree; Herbert Garvin. He is survived by: his sisters, Bernice Myers and Madanelle Kirk of Broken Arrow; his wife Jo Elaine; his daughter Jill Tipton (John); his granddaughters, Jennifer Arnold (Jerry) and Jessica Anthis (Kevin); and his great grandchildren, Gracie Dawn Arnold, Alivia Jade Arnold, Elliot James Anthis, Elloise Lucille Anthis and Everett William Anthis. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
