He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Sims and Ruth Sims (Chisholm); and his nephew Tony Ferguson. He is survived by: his son Levi Sims of Fort Gibson; his sister Carol Reed of Muskogee; his nieces, Gina Ferguson and Toni Ferguson; his nephew Peyton Ferguson of Muskogee; his aunt Leona Hale of Okmulgee; and his cousins, Angie Ausbrooks of Okmulgee, Martin Hale of Sapulpa, Trevor Hale of Sapulpa, Karen Martin of Morris and Rhonda Williams of Henryetta. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
