He is survived by: his wife Juanita Kay Dunn; his children, Melody Diebold (Doug) of Fort Gibson, OK and Greg Foreman of Muskogee, OK; his brother Bobby Foreman (Deborah) of Newalla, OK; his grandchildren, Taylor Riddle (Seth) of Muskogee, OK, Mekinzie Foreman (Dawson Davenport) of Tahlequah, OK and Gage Foreman of Muskogee, OK; and his great grandchild Owen Don Riddle of Muskogee, OK. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
