He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Gaultney and Donna Gaultney (Miller); and his former wife Judith Ann Gaultney. He is survived by: his wife Belinda Lee Cameron; his children, Terrie Campbell of Tulsa, Trina Bolles of Tulsa, Rayne Anne Wade (Kevin) of Muskogee and Matthew Gaultney; his grandchildren, Miles Jackson, Sierra Jackson, Nicholas Jackson, Sarah Jackson, Andrew Jackson, Milee Jackson, Madison Bolles, Mason Bolles, Jaden Munsell, Karis Wade, Sierra Wade and Alexis Wade; and his great grandchild Emersyn Jackson.
