He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Baker and Ruby Baker; his wife Ruby Baker; his daughter Donna Baker; his siblings, Leveda, Edward Baker, James Baker, Tommy Baker and Al Collins; and his grandchildren, Tony Baker and Kaylynn Baker.
He is survived by: his children, Earl, Kathy, David and Michael; and his sisters, Opal Clark (Allen) of Muskogee Ok and Ruby Buchanan (Dewayne) of Muskogee Ok. He is also survived by grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, and great grandchildren.
