He is survived by: his wife Shirley Nicodin (Partello); his children, David (Lisa), Earl Jr. (Shonda) and Deborah (David) of Muskogee, OK; his siblings, Karen (Don Franks) of Marlette, Eileen Lane of Lapeer, Michigan and Larry (Candy Nicodin) of Monks Corner; Irene Nicodin (Hilliker). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, extended family, and many friends.
Earl dedicated his life to his family and his work, making significant contributions to his community.
