It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene Ray Frazier of Muskogee, Oklahoma, born in Council Hill, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 14, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thaddeus Garland and Vera Frazier (Brown); his wife Juanita June Elam; and his siblings, T. G. Frazier Jr., Bobby Dean Frazier, Juanita V. Elam, Barbara Aileen Overturf and Shirley Lou Rhinehart.
He is survived by: his children, James A. Frazier of Philadelphia, PA and Debbie Allen (Jerry) of Vian, OK; his grandson Matthew P. O'Brien (Suzy); his great grandchild Timothy N. O'Brien of Peoria, AZ; and his siblings, Alice Ruth Hanson of Stigler, OK, Linda Sue Dawson of Haskell, OK and Loyd Ralph Frazier of Arlington, VA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.
