He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Hake and Marie Hake (Danner); his brother Leonard Hake; and his sons, Bret Hake and Derek Hake.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Westbrook; his children, Kevin McCoy (Angela) and Rhonda McCoy; his daughter-in-law Gail Hake of Muskogee; his grandchildren, Brandon McCoy of Muskogee, Candise Hake of Okmulgee, Michael Hake of Muskogee, Gavin Hake of Muskogee, Taylor McCoy of Los Angeles, CA, Chelsea Rowan (Dylan) of Muskogee and Courtney Perry (Hayden) of Fort Gibson; and his great grandchildren, Derek Hake of Muskogee and Duke Rowan of Muskogee.
