He was predeceased by: his parents, Gary Lee and Shirley Marie Hall; and his son Nathan Lee Hall. He is survived by: his children, Kristen Hall (Stephen Ferry) of Prue, Kristopher (Caitlyn) of Broken Arrow and Kourtney Hillsberry (Tyler) of Prue; his grandchildren, Rylee, Reese, River, Skylar, Aiyla, Maddie and Grayson; and his siblings, Pam (David Manuel) of Cushing and Darrin (Valorie Hall) of Oklahoma City. He is also survived by 1 niece and 3 nephews, as well as, 2 aunts and uncles, and many cousins.
