She was predeceased by : her parents, Homer Hill Daniel and Anna Lee Daniel (Buffalo); her husband Charles Cook; her siblings, Doris Kordic, Gary Daniel and Jackie Paddock; and her great grandchildren, Hudson Womack and Adelynn Arnold.

She is survived by : her daughters, Holly Johnson (Greg) of Muskogee, OK and Amy Mitchell (Mike) of Fayetteville, AR; her grandchildren, Meagan Tyler (Brandon), Hunter Johnson (Jamie), Ashley Womack (Eric), Chirstopher Arnold (Cierra), Bret Arnold-Homer (Dara) and Blake Arnold; and her great grandchildren, Summit, Alexie, Bennet, Kyson, Machlan, Witten, Caroline and Henry. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.

A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Muskogee Church of Christ (3206 N York St, Muskogee, OK 74403).
