He was predeceased by : his parents, Willie Bell Hart (Proctor) and Elmer Carl Hart; his wife Ella Hart (Brandon); his siblings, Kenneth Hart, Bob Hart, Leroy Hart and LaVera Wilmoth; his sister-in-law Yvonne Brandon; his great grandchild Oliver Hart; and his former life partner Betty Jamison-Hart.

He is survived by : his children, Michael R. Hart (Cindy) of Muskogee, Chris A. Hart (Connie) of Alma and Rhonda W. Carlile (David) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Amber Dansby (Jason) of Muskogee, Jason Hart (Allison) of Fort Smith, Josh Hart (Jennifer) of Marshall, Virginia, Amanda Ogle (Brian) of Brighton, Zeke Carlile and Eli Carlile of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; his great grandchildren, Devon Ogle, Lexi Dansby, Aurora Hart, Jonathan Hart, Ella Dansby, Steven Ogle, Luke Dansby, Caroline Dansby, Julianne Dansby, Silas Hart and Bishop Hart; his nieces, Barbara Smith and Brenda Mowry; and his nephew Craig Hart.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the South Lakewood Baptist Church (6108 E 20th St, Tulsa, OK 74112).
