She was predeceased by: her father Jesse M. McFadden; her mother-in-law Leila; and her siblings, Gerald W. McFadden and Dixie Hawthorne. She is survived by: her nephew Mark McFadden (Donna) of Muskogee; and her great-niece Jessica Winchester (Tobias) of Clarion, Iowa..
