With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Hulin Gerald Staton of Muskogee, Oklahoma, born in Braggs, Oklahoma, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Hulin left this world on October 27, 2025 at the age of 92, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Staton and Lottie Bradley Staton (Lucinda); his siblings, Corine Bryson, Wilene Pierce, Roberta Jones and Leo Staton; and his friend J. W. Salmon.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Staton; and his children, Mark Staton, Randy Staton and Robin Staton. He is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, cousins, friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Cornerstone Funeral Home (1830 N York St, Muskogee, OK 74403). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Cornerstone Funeral Home Chapel (1830 N York St, Muskogee, OK 74403).
