With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Imogene E. Martin (Muskogee, Oklahoma), born in Indianola, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 4, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, McKinley Slayton and Cora Slayton; her former husband Ervin Wood, Jr.; her husband Robert Martin; her stepson Larry Martin; her daughter-in-law Judy Martin; and her siblings, Maybelle Slayton Scott and Roy Slayton.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Wood and Reed Wood (Susan) of Edmond; her grandchildren, Jennifer Luttrell of Edmond, Kristin Gaca (Alex) of Keller, TX, Addison Wood (Breanne) of Montrose, CO, Nathan Wood (Alora) of Edmond, Sarah Fite-James (Camerin) of Tahlequah, OK and Sean Martin (Amy) of Piggott, AR; and her great grandchildren, Makinley Luttrell, Sebastian Gaca, Landon Gaca, Eveline Wood, Emory Wood, Gage Martin and Maddy Martin. She is also survived by other family members and many friends.
