He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack W. Warren and Virginia "Shelton" Warren; his son Dusty Warren; and his sister Virginia Coughran. He is survived by: his daughter Gina Spradlin (Clay); his grandchildren, Levi Whisenhunt of Muskogee, James Whisenhunt (Mariah) and Paige Poteet (Jerrad); his great grandchildren, Jaydan and Ollie Poteet; and his sisters, Patricia Parker of Stigler and Carol Moore of Muskogee.
