He is survived by: his wife Nadine Bush (Barnoski); his children, Belinda Stone (Mike) and Jason Bush; and his siblings, Phyllis Edwards of Mable City, OK and Jerry Bush of Welling, OK. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
