He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Lynn Diaz and Ezekiel John Staggs; his siblings, Ross Staggs and Reba Martin of Muskogee, OK; his nephews, Steve Martin of Tulsa, OK and Rick Staggs of Reno, NV; and his niece Cindy Peck of Fort Worth.
