He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his children, Elizabeth, Michael, James and Kevin (Elizabeth); his granddaughter Desiree Van Kalsbeak (William); and his great grandchildren, Spencer Van Kalsbeak and Rickie Van Kalsbeak.
