He was predeceased by: his parents, Berthel Hyslope and Daisy Hyslope (Hunter); his siblings, Mary Jones and Andrew Hyslope; and the mother of his children Nellie Hyslope.
He is survived by: his children, Rick, Lynda Hyslope of Woodall, OK, Karen, Tim Christie of Welling, OK, Lisa and Will Kaake of Bonham, TX; and his siblings, Richard Hyslope of Muskogee, OK and Maggie Arnett of Checotah, OK. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
