Smith, AR, Bailey Stephen of Muskogee, OK, Levi Montoya of Winfield, KS and Zack Laster of Fayetteville, AR; her aunt Tina; her uncle Rex Robbins of Park Hill, OK; her great-aunt Marsha Ross of Muskogee, OK; her great-uncle Tom Laster of Muskogee, OK; her aunts and uncles, Al (Carley Bohnstead), Jerry (Mary Bohnstead), Debbie (Wayne Stout), Rhonda Garrison of Ft. Gibson, OK and Ramona Hayes of Muskogee, OK; her cousins, Dena and Nick Seth of Ft. Gibson, OK; her parents-in-law, Trudy Rogers of Muskogee, OK and Gary Rogers of Arkansas; and her former husband David Ward of Muskogee, OK. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
