He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Clark and Katie Clark (Risenhoover); and his brother Donald Wayne Clark. He is survived by: his brother Jim "JC" Clark (Sonja) of Goodlettsville; his sister-in-law Dawn Clark of Rose; and his nieces and nephews, Jesse Clark (Tracy), Lindsey Bremer (Jeff), Jordan Hill (Austin), Caleb Clark (Rachael), Hannah Brown (Ryan), Laura Pritchett and Isaac Clark.
