He is survived by: his children, Deborah Rackley of Muskogee, OK and Greg Chastain (Luci) of Austin, TX; his sister-in-law Helen Chastain of Prague, OK; his grandchildren, Nick Rackley, Drew Rackley of Dallas, TX, Annabella and Liam Chastain of Austin, TX; his nephews, Damon Chastain, Jason Chastain and Kelly Chastain; his niece Kim Riggs; and his friend Jerry Sturm. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
