He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Garner and Lucille Garner (Johnson); and his brother Junior Garner. He is survived by: his wife Sue Morris; his children, Robert Garner (Leslie) of Roanoke, TX, Janet Carter (Mike) of Lake Jackson, TX and Phillip Garner (Michelle) of Broken Arrow; his grandson Brandon Garner (BreAnna) of Muskogee; his sisters, Aileen Moore (Martin) of Muskogee and Sue Harrison (Spike) of Amarillo, TX; his grandchildren, Andrea Prendergrast, Jeremy Garner, Noah Carter, Ashlyn Carter, Zoe Garner, Brylee Garner, RaeAnn DeHaven, Megan Garner and Justin Garner Fouch; and his great grandchildren, Ava Rae Prendergrast, Braxton Garner, Broderick Garner, Bonnie Garner and Owen DeHaven. He is also survived by children; along with many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
