He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershel Stevens and Violet Stevens (London); and his siblings, Donna Bennett and Jamie Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Lea Orman; his daughters, Shannon Matthews (Brian) and Jennifer Horlick (Andrew); his siblings, Leonard Stevens, Freda Stumps (Scott), Brenda Steele (Rick) and Barbie Collier (Chris); his grandchildren, Hunter Horlick, Raley Horlick, Noah Mathews and Colt Horlick; and his great grandchildren, Drew Horlick, Abigail Horlick and Kalem Israel. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and close family friends.
