He is survived by: his mother Edith Elizabeth Head of Porum, OK; his siblings, Josh Head of Porum, OK and Chelsie Eaton; his daughters, Taylor Haight, Tara Haight and Tabitha Schultz (Dillon) of Muskogee, OK; his grandsons, Corbin Brown, Jaxon Brown and Augustus Durossette; his aunts, Wyvon Patton, Linda, Carolyn, Charlotte Head and Julie Head; and his brother-in-law Jason Thebo (Alleta). He is also survived by numerous cousins, other family members and friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Cornerstone Funeral Home Chapel (1830 N York St, Muskogee, OK 74403).
