With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Katherine Ann Grounds of Muskogee, Oklahoma, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 22, 2025 at the age of 37. As Katherine departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Katherine may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Katherine leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her mother Karen Lynn Grounds (Young). She is survived by: her father Larry Dean Gounds; and her brother Aaron Dale Grounds of Fort Gibson. She is also survived by numerous family members and friends.
