She is survived by: her sons, Terry Hawkins of Tulsa, OK and Christopher Ray James of Claremore, OK; her siblings, Gary Floyd Smith of Porum, OK, Patty Kirkland of Enterprise, OK and Shirley Hensley; her grandchildren, Kyia Johnson and Cordell Hawkins; and her great grandchildren, Deacon Huck, Serenity Johnson and Elizabeth Johnson.
