Ken Slater Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on April 23, 2022, at the age of 62, Ken Slater of Muskogee, Oklahoma, born in Perth, Western Australia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila (Williams); his stepson Forrest Flynn; and his brothers, Ray, Lindsay and Norm Slater. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be made to the International Federation of Red Cross (IFRC) to help alleviate the suffering to victims of violence in Ukraine.
