He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Purdom and Cleta Purdom (Wagoner); and his siblings, Kenneth Purdom, Ernice Osborn and Carol Walker.
He is survived by: his wife Dora Mae Walters; his children, Alden of Muskogee, OK., Mitchael of Muskogee, OK., Derrick Purdom (Nicole) of Muskogee, OK., Kendra Purdom of Muskogee, OK., Iris Purdom of Muskogee, OK. and Wanda Stout of Muskogee, OK.; his grandchildren, Warren Purdom, Alicia Morales, Joseph Purdom, Savanna Smith, Syris Seagle, Kassandra Cunningham (Harrison), Raylee, Kendli Purdom, Alexis, Kendell and Harley Purdom; his great grandchildren, Athena Smith and Sanford Cunningham; and his brother Keith Purdom (Helen). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
