He is survived by: his parents, Robert Wayne Guy and Sarah Ann Guy (Tuggle); his wife Tina Guy (Brock); his children, Tiffany Guy of Sallisaw, OK, Kryslynn Berryman of Gore, OK, Heather Heeley of Leslie, MO, Chelsea Guy, Shawna Guy of Checotah, OK, Kevin Allen Guy of Miami, OK, Jordan Bond of Joplin, MO, Jacob Woods of Claremore, OK, Tyler Woods of Gore, OK and John Kelly of San Antonio, TX; his grandchildren, Aleyah Guy, Michael Pollard, Aiden Kelly, Ellina Rutherford, Jacobie Woods, Viktor Guy and Karlie Guy; his brother Robert; his sister-in-law Rhonda Guy; and his nephew Robert Guy, Jr. of Neosho, MO. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
