He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Hall and Vera Hall (Byrd); and his daughter Amanda Hooper. He is survived by: his siblings, Kimberly Smith (Dennis) of Wagoner, OK, Anthony Hall of Wagoner, OK and Shelly Diles (Darrin) of Muskogee, OK; his grandchildren, Sofia Smith of Wagoner, OK, Alyvia Smith of Wagoner, OK, Kinsley Nevitt of Wagoner, OK and Shyann Hooper of Muskogee, OK; his nieces and nephews, Corey Nevitt (Bethany) of Wagoner, OK, Jeremy Nevitt (Kirstin) of Wagoner, OK, K. J. Duncan of Muskogee, OK, Tori Bills and Alyssa Duncan; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Camdyn, Kayden and Kyan Duncan; his former wife Amy Maupin; and his stepdaughter Madison Sowers.
