He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Hall Jr. and Sue Nelle Hall. He is survived by: his daughters, Ami Sams (Marcus) of Tahlequah and Angie Roundtree (James) of Fort Smith, Arkansas.; his grandchildren, Hailey Sams, Bennett Sams of Tahlequah and Dylan Rains of Fort Smith; his girlfriend Betty Blackwell of Muskogee; and his brother David Hall (Karen) of Tulsa.
He began his long career with KI BOIS Community Action Foundation, where he helped establish the local KATS transit system.
