He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Lynn Hoffman; his son Isaac Holt (Danielle); his granddaughter Ember Holt of Lilburn, GA; his son Aaron Holt of Muskogee; his sister Denise Holt South (Bryan) of Jasper, TX; his nephews, Benjamin South (Hannah) and Zachary South (Samya); and his parents-in-law, Larry and Nancy Hoffman. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
