He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershel Stevens and Violet Stevens; and his siblings, Jerry Stevens, Jamie Stevens and Donna Bennett.
He is survived by: his children, Amanda Ketchum of Muskogee, Oklahoma, Leonard Stevens II (Brooke Stevens) of Eufaula and Hershel Stevens (Robin Stevens) of Muskogee, Oklahoma.; his sisters, Freda Stumps (Scott Stumps) of Blanchard, Oklahoma, Brenda Steele (Rick Steele) of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Barbie Collier (Chris Collier) of Shawnee, Oklahoma.; and his grandchildren, Nevin Stevens, Carsyn Stevens, Carter Stevens, Nolin Stevens, Kennedy Stevens, Jamie Stevens and Kyler Stevens. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
