He is survived by: his sons, Todd Hoffman of Tulsa and Stuart Hoffman (Ann) of Muskogee; his grandchildren, Kaylee Hoffman-Ross (Cody) of Muskogee, Andrea Heinson (Taylor) of ElDorado, Candice Thorburn (Travis) of Sand Springs, Matthew, Ashten, Mackenzie, Preston, Lyndon, Sophia, Teagan and Crosby; and his sister Mary Carpenter of Texas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other friends.
