He is survived by: his wife Kay Rose; his children, Chris Phillips (Katie) of Tulsa, Matt Phillips (Lindsay) of Tulsa and Kathy Bennett (Donnie) of Muskogee; his grandchildren, Amber, Kelly Quillman of Muskogee, Ronald, Keri Allen of Muskogee, Kammi, Matt Silence of Muskogee, Logan Phillips of Tulsa, Christopher Phillips of Tulsa, Parker Hutchins of Tulsa, Michael Phillips of Tulsa, Madeline Phillips of Tulsa and Matthew Phillips of Tulsa; and his great grandchildren, Kaia Quillman, Kensley Allen, Kelsey Allen, Keegan Allen, Kaden Silence, Kenna Silence and Kamden Silence. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
